Hamid Shojaee - Axosoft
Hello! my name is Hamid Shojaee. I'm the CEO and founder of Axosoft and today I'm going to do a quick demonstration of the next major release of - our flagship product OnTime. OnTime helps software development teams ship their software OnTime and I'm going to show you how it does that today. So let's get started.

This is the web version of OnTime, we have a Windows and VS.NET integrated client but this web version is what I'm going to be doing -- focusing the demo on and essentially the product is broken down into four different panes. On the left hand side pane over here we have a list of projects that were tracking in the OnTime product. On the right hand side we have the defects, features, task and incidents that pretend to those projects. At the lower portion of the screen we have, what's the details about the currently selected items. So, if we select an item we can look at the notes, replication, attachments etcetera about that currently selected item. If we wanted to make an attachment to this - to one of these items so, if we had logged the defect and we wanted to attach a screenshot demonstrating the defect.

We could take a screenshot and directly attach that screenshot into that item by pasting the screenshot and this runs a little click ones application at lower windows app. We can paste our screenshot to just the section they were interested in like so, and highlight the area that contains our defect and even hand drawn and if we want to. We then save this item our screen shot into the give it a description and save it into the database and that's screenshot is immediately accessible to all of our users. So, you can see here this is the screenshot and we got a preview of that screenshot on the right hand side over here.

So, the details if I wanted to for example attach a note to this item I can click to the notes tab and say stamp and quickly be able to add any sort of attachments or notes rather about this items. So, here is a line of note about the currently selected item. And I have an HTML controls so I can format this how real I want and save this note again it make it visible to all other users of the system. So, look at the details of an item. I can right click and say view and view the detail of that item. Move it along on the workflow this would help us define the process or enforce our processes. So, with just one click of a button I can move this item to a Defect Fixed Stage or verified or being fixed and that automatically triggers a set of actions they get performed on this particular item including an email notification that might be sent to the appropriate person who this item is assigned to.

And as you can see our Web Interface has been very much redone so that it uses AJAX Technology so you can easily hold down your control key, its right mouse click aware, you can multi select and as you multi select you can perform actions like Multi Edit, change the assignee of all these items to a particular users so in your system and it quickly a sort of reassigns those items since out they (Inaudible) modifications. And then finally the last pane on the left hand side here is the project Dashboard, this gives you a quick status indicator of the currently selected project all the items in your list essentially and what the status of those items are by count and by the number of hours of work that they represents. So, you can quickly see how many open items assigned in progress excreta, items you have.

So, as I go through my projects here, I click on a project, the screen essentially refreshes only the pieces that it needs to, to be able to show me those projects. If I want to - if a customer is asking for a new feature in my application, I can quickly come over here and add a new feature so, that I can track the features or request that customers are making and make those - see those from inception to completion essentially. One of the other features we are introducing with OnTime 2007 is incident tracking. We have this customer tab where you can quickly create an incident for customers for (Inaudible) helpdesk scenarios where you want to be able to track support calls or support emails. OnTime not only can take emails directly off from the particular pop email account but you can come over here and log a support call, they're easily create a new - a new customer by simply saying new contact and entering that customer's information.

So, here for example we create a new customer, company name Axosoft and we can put in some optional information. We can then log a particular incident for this customer, log that incident as a needed help with creating a Workflow and I can put in the details of that item, create the appropriate Workflow steps for that item and assign it to the person who's going to make sure that this item gets taking care of. So, now I can easily see the incidents in my list here and be able to see the numbers of incidents or defects or features or whatever the case might be that are assigned to anyone of my users in my system. So, I can quickly see for example all the items that are assigned to Clark Boyd or Michael Johnson etcetera. And Robert you might find some of the names here recognizable. I have actually created a database for PodTech with names that might be a little bit recognizable as far as how you guys might be able to use this system.

That's sort of a good overview of the product of course we have created all sorts of AJAX capabilities that allow you to just have refreshes of the -- the portions of this screen that sort of make sense. You can see for example, when you click on an item only the portion, the bottom portion refreshes so that you can see the details for that item. You can log the work that you have spent on that particular item you can easily resize and reorder columns directly from inside of the OnTime product so you can put priority first or how the way you want it. And all these customizable settings are on a per users basis. So, your settings essentially follow you as a user from one machine to another. That essentially concludes the sort of overview presentation. Thank you very much for your time. I appreciate it and we hope that you become an OnTime user and ship your software OnTime so.
