Yeah, we are actually relocating here. So, I will be here soon.

Okay, and what is eSnips?

Yael Elish - eSnips
eSnips is just a very simple way for adults to share content online, not adult content but for adults -- adults to share content online and mix basically with people like me. I don't know how old you are, you look young, but I am sort of over 30, I won't say exactly.

Okay.

We are all over 30.

Yeah, I am busy and I have a life and I have kids and I am married and I am -- so not looking at sort of telling everybody who am I and then all these kind of things. I am really busy, but I still do have sort of little hobby or passion that I want to share with people, I want to connect with people about. So, eSnips is just that place to let the people share the contents about the things that they care about.

Actually, is it a social network?

Yale Elish - eSnips
It's a social network but it's not about people, primarily. It's primarily about the content, about your interest and then it's about people. So, people connect to tags, they don't go and search people according to name, location, age, sex and all these kind of things. Finding people and just talking to them.

That's great. Why don't we take a look here?

Right. Okay, so, this is the front page of eSnips and you don't see much here basically, you have to start working, you've got an account, the content is very simple, you can upload basically any type of file and this is what's difference about eSnips and other contents sharing places that are more vertical and dedicated to one type of content. So, here you can upload video, audio, pictures, flash pretty much whatever you want. That's the whole point about eSnips and you get a lot of space, you get one gigabyte of free storage. So, people upload files into folders, they make them either public, shared with a small group or totally private.

So, the diversity of things that people share here is just amazing and it's really the very, very little kinds of interest that drive us you know and that we are willing to find time for it. So, this is an example of a guy that shares his gifts, animations and this little (Inaudible) here is just really sweet. This guy shares the paper crafts, he is also a painter by the way, so he has a different folder on eSnips where he shares that the painting.

Now, how are people sharing, what is -- how is with concept of sharing?

Yale Elish - PodTech
The concept for sharing is basically, you upload your content, you can --put a blog post, you can customize the interface and you put tags, you can put tags on files, you can put tags on folders and you can make it public, you can make it share with a small group and then you basically just send invitations to people and that those are the possibilities of sharing.

So, if you wanted to see -- you had a photo you wanted to share with a friend of yours can you like send him an email and then they get a link and they come to site and they basically see that one piece of content or.

Yael Elish - eSnips
Yes, totally you can - you have an option to invite people, you don't see it here because I am in the preview mode, but you invite people to sending them a simple email, they get a link they just click on the link and come in and then you can also track who is seeing what, who out of the friends that you have invited has been there. You get actually notifications to the desktop if you want and if you use the eSnips toolbar, which is pretty cool. I don't have it here.

So, how many people are using this right now?

Yael Elish - eSnips
Oh! So, this is a good question. So, we launched in March and we have to close to millions users registered on eSnips and about four millions people visiting on a monthly basis, which is really, really -- I think a very good implication of the needs in this kind of a demographic.

Can you show us a different screen?

Yael Elish - eSnips
Sure, so this is the Brutus (ph), who is sharing his art on eSnips and now a very interesting thing on eSnips that I didn't mention, is that we try to make it very multipurpose. The goal here is for us to make it the one place where you share and do everything online basically, when it comes to sharing your passion. So, we also added the capability to share or to sell content or to sell stuff online on eSnips. So, this person for example used it and she's selling home make cards.

Yeah, greeting cards that she is creating and she is actually doing nice on eSnips, but just like her you have people selling the huge diversity of things on eSnips and we are planning on also launching the micro portal specifically for selling content for people that to sell content.

Eddie Codel - PodTech
Early you said that this is -- it's really geared toward adults, what makes this site more sort of friendly to adult communities versus kid community?

Yael Elish - eSnips
It's - yeah, it's adult and it's not just adult, actually it's a main stream. I didn't mention but about 85% of the people that use eSnips are between 20 and 50 and very much main stream people.

Yeah.

Yeah, It's a wide range but it's indication of adults.

Alright.

But also the fact that you upload files and not just necessarily write html, so, it's content that you already have. It's not about writing about something, it's really more about sharing the things that interest you. The concept is the folders, people are very familiar with files and folders and it is just very simple. And the one thing that you can see here is that adults have concrete things that they are trying to do. So, in this case they want a sell stuff, they want to promote stuff, they have reasons for which they ( Inaudible)

You had mentioned something that wasn't new, can you show me that?

Yael Elish - eSnips
Yes, totally. So, where we've just announced eSnips micro portals and basically what happens is that there's a huge amount of contents in eSnips that people are not exposed to and it's actually on many, many, many like 100's of small communities and small affinities and so, if some is for example karaoke shares his karaoke songs on this eSnips and we have a very nice community of karaoke people, then they would have to search by tags and find other people that way. So, they basically just go one by one and discovered people they don't get a centralized view of everything that is going on around the tag karaoke. So, the micro portal is exactly that it's instantly generated communities around tag or portal, right or wrong tag. So, you can see here that this is the karaoke, sorry. Okay, this is the photo community that you see, this one has the -- this is the karaoke community for example. So, if you that the main tag is karaoke and cover singing and recording. So, basically everybody that tags like that, the content that they have, is being surfaced here with the wisdom of crowds basically, so, the most popular the most recent people that just joined a favorite people, favorite files and so on so, here you see, basically they get to see a centralized very dynamic, very web 2.0 view of the latest and greatest about the karaoke community that they are part of.

Are there a lot of karaoke users in there?

Yeah, yeah, it's actually pretty big and I eventually became one of them. I haven't uploaded my songs yet, but I am totally into it.
