Michael Johnson - PodTech
Tell me little bit what chat cable is?
Paul Helmick - President of Chat Cable
It's really two devices here. One is an adaptor cable to allow people to do with Voice over IP. Now there are many different ways to do with Voice over IP, chatting on the Internet, people familiar with Skype, MSN Messenger. All these Voice over IP Applications, soft phones are very common now days. That the common denominator to every single of those, is you need a microphone on your computer. So, the customer has two choices. You can go to an office (ph) supplies store and maybe buy of these larger over the ear, Headset Boom Mike, its little big, it's a little bulk big, it's a little bulky. You might not really want to carry that with you in your notebook everyday. We manufacture two products, one is an inexpensive adaptor cable lets you take any cellular phone headset.
Michael Johnson - PodTech
I don't know -- what have you got in your hands there?
Paul Helmick - President of Chat Cable
I have one of these little three foot long cell phone headset. It's a little Ear Bud headset that are so common often included with phones for free. The difference is the jack and the end doesn't really fit into computer. It's a little too small. So, our adaptor cable, $12 lets you plug that in and now you can use your cell phone headset on your computer for all this voice applications.
Michael Johnson - PodTech
The adaptor cable is like basically a wire splitter that takes that small cell phone connector plug there and stretches it out to two mini stereo in and out for micro - mike in and out on your computer?
Paul Helmick - President of Chat Cable
Excellent, excellent, yes it -- for the user that's interested in just the technicalities most cell phone, universal cell phone headsets have a 2 millimeter mono plug and the computers have 3 millimeters stereo plug and that's all this, this does makes that adaptation.
Now, a lot of folks might not have a cellular headset. So, we now have the all in one product. This is the headset, the speaker, the microphone model much like little boom seller headsets that you use but it has on in the end of it both the speaker and microphone adapters for the PC. The cord is seven foot long so you have plenty of room for mobility. And you can use it to work at your desk, or on your mobile notebook computer with any of these Voice over IP applications.
Michael Johnson - PodTech
Now, does this work with Skype or what do -- you mention Yahoo Messenger before (Voice Overlap).
Paul Helmick - President of Chat Cable
Yes, there are about three hundred million people online right now chatting Skype I think has 8 million people online right now talking Voice over IP, that's projected to double in the next year. Out of 14 million folks a lot of people are going to need an inexpensive headset.
Michael Johnson - PodTech
And you said it was $12?
Paul Helmick - President of Chat Cable
$12 yeah, we were in kind of firewall on an entry level position. There are plenty of options out at the office (ph) super stores for big bulky expensive headphones. This is kind of a light weight portable application we want to keep cost down.
Michael Johnson - PodTech
Good, now we're going to have some pictures of feature on PodTech, .Net as well but what's the website in case if folks want to check out?
Paul Helmick - President of Chat Cable
